How to Request Deletion
Send an email to our support team using the button below. We will process your request within 7 business days.

- Your AEPT account ID (if available — found in Profile settings)
- Reason for deletion (optional)

- 📊 Assessment history
- 🎙️ Uploaded recordings
- 📝 Profile information
- 📜 Test session data
- 🏆 Certificate records
Note: Some records may be temporarily retained for fraud prevention, legal compliance,
dispute resolution, or payment verification purposes as required by applicable law.
Retained records are isolated from active user data and deleted as soon as legally permitted.
